About this space Melpo's Home is an airy 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms property, situated in Pantokratoras area, very close to Laganas area and the best bars & restaurants of Zakynthos. Its great location makes it an ideal place for holidays, whether you prefer to relax on its balcony, visit the nearby beaches or explore the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos and Laganas. The space Melpo's is situated on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 10 guests in total.It has its own independent entrance and consists of a spacious living room - kitchen area, two bathrooms and three bedrooms, having the following beds arrangement: 1st bedroom: one double bed 2nd bedroom: one double bed 3rd bedroom: two single beds Living room: a double sofa bed and two folding guest beds Guest access Melpo's Home is equipped with: • Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster • Hair Dryer • Fully equipped kitchens (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels

Melpo's Home is surrounded by a beautiful garden, which beautifully complement its elegant furnishings. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time policy means: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if there are guests leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the property will usually be ready by 1-2pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
